Claims (2)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）基本シリンダ内に、ピストンをそれぞれ基端部側
    に有する複数の可動シリンダを順次嵌装し、最小径の可
    動シリンダを除いた可動シリンダの各ピストンに軸方向
    に流通路を設けて各可動シリンダの往動側流体室を相互
    に連通させ、最小径の可動シリンダを除いた可動シリン
    ダの各ピストンに軸方向の送通管及び半径方向の流通路
    を設けて各可動シリンダの復動側流体室を相互に連通さ
    せてなる多段形流体圧シリンダであって、ロッド側給υ
    ［ポートを基本シリンダのチューブのロンド側端付近に
    設けるとともに、最大径の可動シリンダのピストンに設
    けた半径方向の上記流通路は該ピストンの外周に設けた
    環状の凹溝に開口させ、該ピストンカ釦ツド側端付近に
    あるときのみ上記流通路と上記ロンド側給゛排ポートと
    が連通ずるようにしたことを特徴と、　　する多段形流
    体圧シリンダ。
  2. （２）上記最大径の可動シリンダのピストンに、該ピス
    トンの復動側流体室と上記凹溝とが小流量だけ連通可能
    な絞り流路を設けた実用新案登録−請求の範囲第（１）
    項記載の多段形流体圧シリンダ。
