Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the bonding portion of divided cores without necessity of particular work by forming a recess or a projection on the outer periphery of a plurality of divided cores in the vicinity of the divided surface, and bonding them via a bonding band which is made of a metal layer and an insulating layer. CONSTITUTION:Divided cores 1, 1' are formed with recesses 3, 3' or a projection on the outer periphery in the vicinity of the divided surface 2. A bonding band 5 is mounted on the recesses, 3, 3' or the projection so that the divided surfaces 2 of the cores 1, 2' are intimately contacted. This band 5 is constructed in a 2-layer structure, in which a metal layer 5a made of a ferromagnetic material or a metal plate or the like having an elasticity such as cores is arranged at the side opposed to the cores 1, 1' and an electrically insulating layer 5b is arranged at the outside. In this manner, the reliability of the bonding portion of the divided cores can be remarkably enhanced without necessity of a particular work.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a motor stator in which a stator core is divided into a plurality of parts, and in particular, when joining the divided cores, a concave portion or a convex portion provided on the outer periphery of the divided core near the dividing surface. This invention relates to a joint band for a stator core that is attached and used.

´Dividing the stator core of an electric motor into multiple parts has the advantage of making it easier to insert or wind the windings, and in particular, it is possible to do so-called toroidal winding in which windings are wound in each slot of the iron part of the core. In some cases, the effect is very large. However, the problem here is joining the divided iron cores.

If this is not done properly, magnetic resistance will increase at the bonding surface, resulting in unfavorable performance results.Furthermore, depending on the bonding method, workability may deteriorate, equipment costs may increase, or winding and core insulation may increase. This would result in adverse effects such as damage to the core, making it impossible to use a split core.

FIGS. 1 and 2 show an example of a core joining structure using joining bands in a stator core in which the stator core is divided into a plurality of parts. In the figure, split cores 1 and 1', whose slots and windings are not shown, are both provided with recesses 3, 3' and protrusions 4, 4' on their outer peripheries in the vicinity of their split surfaces 2.

However, if we consider the state in which toroidal windings are applied as shown in Figs. 3 and 4, in Fig. 3, if the winding 6 collapses and falls to the dividing surface side as shown by 6a, the collapse line In FIG. 4, when the winding wire 6 is pressed down by external pressure or the like after winding, the winding wire 6 just protrudes sideways and comes into contact with the joining band 6.

In the figure, the bonding band 6 has a two-layer structure with a metal layer 61L on the side facing the split cores 1 and 1' and an electrical insulating layer 6b on the outside. A ferromagnetic material such as an iron core or a metal plate having spring properties is used for the metal layer 6B, and the iron cores 1 and 1 are joined by force, and the electrically insulating layer 6b is made of an electrically insulating plastic film such as vinyl chloride. is used, and is integrally formed with the metal layer 51L by an appropriate method such as bonding, to ensure electrical insulation at the joint portion. Naturally, half a life, etc.
The electrical insulating layer 6b only needs to be thick enough to have the electrical insulating properties stipulated by law, and generally a thickness of several tens of microns or more achieves the purpose, so the metal layer 6& for bonding is thicker. Become.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, if the electrical insulating layer 6b is longer than the metal layer 6& and is formed on both sides so as to protrude from the end face of the core, the winding connection part and the sun wire can be placed on top of the core joint part. Even when connecting portions are provided, there is no possibility that they will come into contact with the joint band 6, its selvedge edges, or joint core edges and be damaged.
