背面に突起を有する一対のブレーキパッドをディスクロ
ータ中心に対向挿入し、かつそれぞれのパッドを、キャ
リパに取付けられてディスクロータの軸方向を向くガイ
ドピンでスライド自在に支持したディスクブレーキにお
いて、アウタキャリパのパッド押圧面中央部に、上記パ
ッド背面の突起との干渉を避ける凹所を、その一端をキ
ャリパ頂部に開放して設けたことを特徴とするオープン
