Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid discomfort due to hot air upon ride in and hot blow upon start of operation of an air vent fan, by providing a control device for starting operation of the air vent fan when a door lock is unlocked by a key, and thereby venting a compartment before a passenger rides in the compartment. CONSTITUTION:When a door lock 3 is unlocked at 6 by a key, a control device 4 is operated at 7. Then, compartment temperature Ta at 8 is compared at 10 with a set temperature Tset1 at 9, and if Ta>=Tset1, an air vent fan 1 is started to operate at 11. Further, the compartment temperature Ta is compared at 12 with a set temperature Tset2 at 13, and if Ta>=Tset2, the air vent fan 1 is stopped to operate at 14. With this arrangement, the air vent fan 1 may be operated before a passenger rides in a compartment, thereby reducing discomfort due to hot air in the compartment upon ride in and also avoiding discomfort due to hot blow upon start of operation of the air vent fan 1 as well as reducing load of cooling.

Conventional configuration and its problems The indoor air temperature of a car parked outdoors during the summer is J
According to IS, the maximum temperature in Japan is 65°C, and the outside temperature is 3.
Even at 0'C, the temperature inside the vehicle generally exceeds 40'C. Therefore, getting into a car that has been parked outside or whose windows have been closed for a long time can be very uncomfortable. Furthermore, when the fan is turned on in this state, hot air blows out from the outlet, which is also very unpleasant. Conventionally, no effective means have been taken to eliminate this discomfort. The disadvantage of cooling the air conditioner in such a situation is that it requires a large load and takes a long time to cool down.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention eliminates these conventional drawbacks.By starting the ventilation fan before the occupant gets into the vehicle, the temperature inside the vehicle is lowered as much as possible when the occupant gets into the vehicle, and the hot air is reduced when the fan starts operating. The aim is to eliminate the discomfort caused by air conditioning, reduce the cooling load, and shorten the time required for cool-down.

With this configuration, the ventilation fan can be started even when the occupants are outside the vehicle interior, and the temperature inside the vehicle interior can be quickly lowered, and the temperature of the airflow blown from the air outlet can be lowered more quickly than before.

In FIG. 1, 1 is a ventilation fan, 2 is a ventilation system, 3 is a door lock, 4 is a control device, and 5 is a room temperature sensor. FIG. 2 shows the control contents of the control device 4. If you follow the flow, if the door is unlocked with the key at 6, then at 7
The control device operates and compares the vehicle interior air gTa at 8 with the set temperature Tset+ at 9 at 10, and if Ta≧T 5e5t +, sets the ventilation fan i0H at 11. Further, in step 12, the vehicle interior temperature Ta is compared with the set temperature TSet2 in step 13, and if Ta≦Tsetz, the ventilation fan 1 is turned off in step 14.

In this way, the system detects the entire room temperature and controls the fan, so that when the vehicle is parked and the temperature inside the vehicle is high, the fan will turn on to ventilate the vehicle before the occupants get into the vehicle. It is possible to reduce the discomfort caused by the high-temperature air in the vehicle interior, and also to avoid the discomfort caused by hot air blowing out when the fan starts operating, and also to reduce the cooling load and speed up the cooldown.

By performing control in this manner, it is possible to optimally set the time for which the fan is running, taking into account the air intake capacity of the fan and the difference in temperature between inside and outside air, and it is possible to perform ventilation with less loss.

FIG. 4 shows still another embodiment, in which 17 is a setting switch, 4' is a control device, and FIG. 5 is the control device 4'.
Indicates the control details. When the door lock is released by the key at step 6, the control device is activated at step 7', and if the setting switch 1a is turned on at step 18VC, the ventilation fan 1 is turned on at step 11. At the same time, the timer 19 is turned on, and when the timer reaches the set time Tset21 at judgment 2°, the ventilation fan is turned off at step 14.
