リード角を急峻にするとともに３６０°を少し越える螺
旋角度にして軸方向の長さを短縮した一対のスクリュー
を、ケーシングの吸込側と吐出側の間で互に噛合わせ、
各スクリュー軸の両端部を前記ケーシング内に設置しｈ
液中軸受により支持すると共に、一方の液中軸受の外側
にタイミングギヤ室を形成して該室まで延長した各スク
リュー軸に互に噛合うタイミングギヤを固定し、該タイ
ミングギヤ室に、吸込側又は吐出側に連通ずる連通孔を
設け、さらにケーシングの底部に高圧側と低圧側とにバ
イパス口を開口する液通流孔を設け、該孔内に逆流液の
液量を調整する調整弁を設置したことを特徴とする液中
