Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンター１内にピストン１１を摺動自在壁収容すると
    ともにこのピストンに磁石１３を設け、一方上記シリン
    ター１には上記磁石１３の発生す−る磁束を検出する磁
    気検出器２２を設け、この磁気検出器には上記磁石１３
    が発する複数個の磁束密度のピークを上記磁気検出器２
    ２に対して実質的に１つに制限するバイアス磁石２５を
    設けたシリンダーのピストン位置検出装置。
