Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 合成樹脂により一体成形された筒状のハウジングに供給
    路を、中空部に連通ずるように形成し、この中空部に弁
    座部材を位置決め状態に嵌装し、さらに、ピストンが摺
    動自在に内蔵されたシリンダ部材を一端が前記弁座部材
    の一部に当接するように前記中空部に挿入するとともに
    、このシリンダ部材をハウジングに位置規制し、前記弁
    座部材；＝集＝：？：″：＝黒二訂； 前記供給路に連通ずる第１通路と、一端が一端面の中心
    外方位置＆と開口してシリンダ部材の中空部に連通し、
    他端が他端面に開口する第２通路とを形成し、前記シリ
    ンダ部材の中空部には弁体を、前記ピストンの往復動に
    追従して前記弁座部材の一端面に離着座し前記第５１通
    路を開閉するように設けてなるマスクシリンダ。
