燃焼室およびスキッシュゾーンにバルブポートがそれぞ
れ開口する構造において、前記スキッシュゾーンに開口
するバルブポートに連通する通路が該バルブポートから
離隔するにつれて燃焼室から遠ざかるように配設され、
該バルブポートと燃焼室との間におけるブリッジ部に冷
却水を導く冷却水通路が設けられたことを特徴とするエ
