Claims

（１）全草布のは＼゛周縁一部にスリットと該スリット
に近接する全草布の裏表に留め具の一方を設け、かつ、
前記スリットに所定長の留め借用細片を挿通自在に嵌挿
すると共に該留め借用細片の両端部にそれぞれ前記留め
具に対応するもう一方の留め具を付設して成る折りたた
