Recently, as a device for collecting and removing these floating microorganisms, the raw water taken in is guided into a separation tank installed inside the ship, and suspended matter is floated and separated while flowing gently across the tank, collected by a suction device, and sent to a dehydrator. ing.

However, the residence time of this flotation separation is long, so the separation tank has to be quite large.Furthermore, simple flotation separation may disturb the surface of the separation tank or leave the separation tank before floating (short path). Therefore, materials with a specific gravity close to 1, such as algae, have a poor separation effect and are inappropriate.

In addition, the dehydrator uses an expensive centrifuge or the like that consumes a large amount of power, and the equipment is large and sophisticated in spite of its removal capacity, which poses a problem in terms of cost.

As described above, the present invention separates raw water containing floating microorganisms using a micro strainer, and discharges the separated liquid out of the system from a sedimentation device installed at the rear of the hull.
The simple structure can increase the overspeed for separating airborne microorganisms, making the hull smaller, easy to handle, and allowing the hull to be deposited and sucked in raw water, resulting in low power consumption and processing capacity. In particular, the micro strainer consists of a rotatable cylindrical water screen drum, in which a hopper with a suspended solids discharge pipe is opened and a nozzle connected to the water supply pipe is installed. By placing it outside the drum, the screen can be easily purified and the floating matter can be discharged with appropriate efficiency. The hopper inside the screen allows stable removal of overflowing floating matter, and there is no short path, making it extremely economical. This makes it possible to reduce construction costs and significantly reduce processing costs.
