固定部の外周にリングを固着して円周上等ピツチに多数
の取付孔を穿設し、前記リング上の選択された位置の取
付孔に少なくとも1個のストッパ受けを取付ける一方、
旋回部には旋回端で前記ストッパ受けの端面に当接する
