    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. フォトトランジスタにより光信号を受信して電気信号と
    して出力する光信号受信回路において、上記フォトトラ
    ンジスタのコレクタ・エミッタ間電圧が所定値以下にな
    るのを検出する手段と、その検出により上記フォトトラ
    ンジスタのベースから電流を引出す電流引出し手段とを
    設けたことを特徴とする光信号受信回路。
