端に揺動可能なカムフォロアー９の先端を連接し、その
カムフォロア−９上面のスリッパ面１３に動弁カム１２
を接触させ、前記動弁カム１２の回転と弁ばね７，８の
弾発力との協働により前記開閉弁４を作動するようにし
た内燃機関の動弁装置において、前記カムフォロアーロ
の先端には、そのカムフォロアー９の揺動方向と略直交
−する方向にアジャストスクリュー１５を設け、このア
ジャストスクリュー１５によりカムフォロアー９の先端
に偏心輪１４等のアジャストピースを、前記開閉弁４の
作動方向に位置調節できるように固定し、前記アジャス
トピースを開閉弁４の頭部端面に当接してなる、内燃機
