【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] クリップ１を弾力性のある細線で中央２をコ形に折曲し
て、回転体２ａを取付け、並列の脚部３の上端を水平に
折曲して水平杆部４を形成し、水平杆部４に続く両端を
対向する半円形５に夫々彎曲形成し、かつ栓状固着筒６
の上端に鍔状突出縁８を形成すると共に、筒体９の外周
面に雄ねじ９ａを設け、前記クリップ１の半円形５を栓
状固着筒６の鍔状突出縁８の下面に挿入し、内周面に雌
ねじｌｅａを設けた螺筒１０を螺着して固着し、キャッ
プ７の開口部内に堅く挿入できると共に、クリップ１の
水平杆部４をキャップ７の開口部の切欠部１０内に嵌入
