れる陰極リード線とを備え、前記陰極リード線の一端部
を前記絶縁基板と陰極支持体との間に介挿させるととも
に、前記絶縁基板に溶着することにより、前記絶縁基板
と陰極支持体の双市に固着したことを特徴とする陰極構
