Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 (イ)産業上の利用分野 本発明は圧縮機の吸込マフラ製造方法の改良に係り、特
に合成樹脂製の分離型吸込マフラの製造方法に関する。
仲)従来技術 従来の圧縮機の吸込マフラは、合成樹脂の成形品からな
る第1及び第2の器体に夫ψ合部を成形し、この夫々の
嵌合部をはめ合い嵌合して形成されており、該吸込マフ
ラをシリンダブロックにボルト等で固定して構成されて
いた。しかしながら、前記第1及び第2の器体をできる
限りうまくはめ合い嵌合して結合しても嵌合部を完全に
シールすることは困難であり、密閉容器内と吸込マフラ
内との微少な圧力差でオイルが嵌合部から侵入し、液圧
縮によるパルプ破損、外部冷却回路を循環して蒸発器側
に停滞し冷却不良や吸込77うの共鳴室にオイルが溜っ
て容積変化から消音特性のズレによる騒音発生等の問題
があった。
(ハ)発明の要点 本発明は斯る点に鑑みて為されたものであり、合成樹脂
の成形品からなる第1及び第2の器体の夫々の縁部にフ
ランジ部を形成し、該フランジ部が互いに密着するよう
にポーンで押圧しつつ第1及び第2の器体な超音波溶着
により結合して合成樹脂製の分離型吸込マフラを成形す
るものである。
(ニ)発明の実施例 以下本発明を図に示す実施例に基づいて説明する。
(1)は密閉ケース(2)内に電動要素(3)と圧縮要
素(4)とからなる電動圧縮機本体(5)を収納してな
る密閉型電動圧縮機である。前記圧縮要素(4)はモー
ターケース(6)に固定ボルト(7)で固定されたシリ
ンダ(8)と、該シリンダ(8)内を往復摺動するピス
トン(9)と、前記シリンダ(8)の開口部を閉塞する
ように取付けられたバルブシート(1()、ヘッドプレ
ート0])及びこのヘッドプレートに一体形成された1
1出マフラ02とから構成される。0段は前記シリンダ
(8)内に直接連通するようにヘッドプレー1・(11
)の孔に嵌挿される連通管θ→をポリブチレンテレフタ
レート等の合成樹脂(以下PBTと略す)で一体形成し
た分離型吸込消音器である。θ唱1密閉ケース(2)に
貫通固着されると共にその開口(15a)を吸込マフラ
0→の吸入部(13a)に位置せしめた吸入管である。
而して、吸込マフラCI潰まPBTの成形品からなる第
1の器体00と第2の器体071とを夫々の縁部(16
a) (17a)で接合することにより構成されるが、
この縁部(16a) (1,7a)には凸部0句を有す
るフランジ部a侍と凹部翰を有するフランジ部Qtlが
夫々形成されており、吸込マフラα[有]は第4図に示
すように、抑圧装置(イ)のホーンt2:染と架台0→
とで前記第1の器体0O及び第2の器体(17)の夫々
の7ランク部01Q0を凸部(的を凹部翰に位置させて
押圧しつつ、前記ホーン(ホ)で矢印のようにこのフラ
ンジ部θツ(2,υを均等に加振して第1の器体θQと
第2の器体α力とを超音波溶着することにより瞬間的に
結合せしめて成形される。
(ホ)発明の効凍 本発明は上述したように、合成樹脂の成形品からなる第
1及び第2の器体の夫々の縁部にフランジ部を形成し、
該フランジ部が互いに密着するようにホーンで押圧しつ
つ第1及び第2の器体を超音波溶着により結合して分離
型吸込マフラを成形したので、前記第1及び第2の器体
を夫々の縁部が完全に気密結合されるように7ランク部
で瞬間的に結合することができ簡単な溶着作業だけで性
能良好なる分離型吸込マフラを成形なし得たものである
また、第1及び第2の器体の夫々のフランジ部の一方に
凸部、他方に凹部を形成することにより、PBT等の比
較的熱溶着しにくい合成樹脂から成形された器体の超音
波溶着によろ溶着効果をより一層向上することができる
尚、前述した夫々のフランジ部a* et])は第5図
に示すように吸込マフラa東を電動圧縮機本体(5)に
装着した場合に回転軸(ハ)の先端から撒き散らされろ
オイルが該吸込マフラ0葎の吸入部(13a)から流入
しないように遮蔽作用をする2次的効果をも有するもの
である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 (])合成樹脂の成形品からなる第1及び第2の器体を
    ・夫々の縁部で接合して構成されろ分離型吸込マフラを
    電動圧縮機本体に装着した圧縮機に於いて、前記第1及
    び第2の器体の夫々の縁部にフランジ部を形成し、該フ
    ランジ部が互いに密着するように押圧しつつ第1及び第
    2の器体を超音波溶着により結合したことを特徴とする
    圧縮機の吸込マフラ製造方法。 (2)第1及び第2の器体の夫々のフランジ部の何れか
    一方に凸部、他方に凹部を形成したことを特徴とする特
    許請求の範囲第1項記載の圧縮機の吸込マフラ製造方法
