[Detailed description of the invention] The present invention proposes an electric wire through hole that is excellent in fire resistance, fireproofing, smoke prevention, and non-spreading of fire, and in which part or all of the cavity of the through hole is It is characterized by being filled with foamable fireproof putty.

In recent years, fire prevention measures for building fires have been strictly regulated based on the Fire Service Act, and fireproofing and fireproofing of bulkheads or electrical wire through holes in the floor of fireproof areas in buildings has become very important.

What is the fire resistance and fire resistance required for the above-mentioned electric wire penetration holes?If a fire breaks out on one side of a fire prevention bulkhead or floor installed in a fire prevention area, for example, the time required for people to evacuate to the outside of the building. , Preventing the spread of fire from the electric wires through the through-holes, and preventing the generated smoke from entering other areas through the through-holes;
In other words, it is an essential condition that the material has smoke-proof properties.

Conventionally, the structure of this type of through-hole was to fill the gap between the wire and the through-hole with an inorganic fire-resistant cotton-like insulation material such as rock wool, glass fiber, or asbestos fiber, and then support both ends of the hole. A method has been proposed in which the support is fixed with a body and a fireproofing paint is applied to the gap between the support and the electric wire or the through hole and the surface of the support to an appropriate thickness using a trowel or by hand.

The fire spread prevention and smoke prevention functions of electric wires in these fire protection structures are considered to be effective for special through holes with a length of 1 m or more, but there are strict conditions for short through holes with normal lengths of 15 to 40 Crr1. When electric wires burn, the fire spreads through the gaps created by the thinning of the wires, and there is a risk that smoke may also enter other areas through the gaps.

Furthermore, since water is generally mixed in fireproof paints using an organic solvent as a dispersion medium, the thicker the paint, the more it shrinks when drying, causing cracks in the dried paint film and damage to the coated object. Gaps easily form between the punches, and the fire prevention function is not good.

The foamable fireproofing putty used in this invention has the function of foaming on its own when heated to high temperatures, forming a spongy carbonized layer with excellent fire resistance and heat insulation. Even if voids are created due to the formation of a spongy carbonized layer, the voids are filled by the formation of a spongy carbonized layer, thereby producing the effect of preventing the spread of fire in the electric wire and the entry of smoke into the through-holes.

Furthermore, since it does not contain any solvents that are volatile at room temperature, such as water or organic solvents, there is no volumetric shrinkage or generation of debris after installation due to the volatilization of these dispersion media, and there is no problem with filling conditions over a long period of time. It never comes.

In the figure, putty 4 is filled only in the center of the through hole, but in the present invention, it is of course possible to fill the entire through hole with putty, but as mentioned above, the putty foams when exposed to fire and forms its own foam. Due to the increased volume, only partial filling is effective as shown.

It is better to check in advance the degree of expansion of the putty due to foaming, and to fill the through hole 2 with the putty in an amount that will just cover the entire through hole when the putty is completely foamed than to fill the entire through hole with putty.

The reason for this is that when a large amount of putty is filled, the foamed material of the putty overflows from the through hole during foaming, and the overflowing part falls or peels off due to its own weight or wind force during a fire. This is because it may peel off together with a part of the foam inside.
