Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the effect on a interference wave in a band, by frequency- converting a modulated carrier wave in response to the content of transmission information and transmitting it, and bringing the transmission band into a wide band. CONSTITUTION:Digital information outputted from an information signal source 1 is frequency-modulated at a modulator 2 in the transmission of train control information. The modulated carrier wave output is frequency-converted with an oscillating frequency of a local oscillator 6 at a frequency converter 7 and applied to a track. Since the changing pattern of the frequency is determined for the oscollating frequency of the oscillator 6 in response to an information signal, the frequency of the transmitted output is changed at all times and the transmission energy is spread into a wide band. The frequency converting signal transmitted via the track is received at a coupler 3 and the output is inputted to a demodulator 4 by being frequency-converted 9 with a local oscillator 8 having the similar frequency changing pattern as that at the transmission side. Thus, the energy of the input signal of the demodulator 4 is narrowed in band for attaining demodulation detection and the energy is applied for the train control.
