In the illustrated embodiment, the drive source is an electric motor 3 that starts and stops and rotates in forward and reverse directions in response to a correction signal issued from a web meandering detector 2 attached to a predetermined location of a web transport path 1 set on a pedestal A. A supply roll 5 which swings left and right by a screw bolt 4 that starts, stops, forwards and reverses is provided outside the front end of the feed path 1, and discharges a raw material 6 to this trolley 5 by the traction force of a feed roll 10. 7 and several wrinkle-stretching rolls 8... and the feeding path 1.
The supply rolls 7 to 9, the wrinkle-stretching rolls 8, and several other rolls are continuously rotated by a drive device (not shown) built into the base of the frame A. A feed-out roll 10 is provided which pulls out the raw fabric 6 through a guide roll 9, and this feed-out roll 10 has a left-handed thread that twists in the rotational direction from both outer ends toward the center and intersects at the center. A spring 13 is attached to a Nippro roll 12 whose surface is covered with a rubber skin having guide grooves 11 and 11' shaped like right-hand threads on the outer peripheral surface.
The arm 13' is brought into pressure contact with the strength adjustment lever 1311, and the arm 13' is repeatedly rotated and stopped intermittently by a drive device (not shown) housed in the frame at a location near the rear end of the feed path 1. A feed roll 15 for feeding the above-mentioned original fabric 6 onto the upper surface of a lower cutting blade 30 (to be described later) is provided, and a nip roll 16 having the same structure as the above-mentioned nip roll 12 is mounted on the upper surface of this feed roll 15 with a spring 17 and an arm 17'. and strength adjustment lever 1
7'1 to apply a pressing force to bring them into pressure contact, and furthermore, between the feed roll 10 and the feed roll 15 in the feeding path 1, the raw fabric 6 is placed near the feed roll 10 when the feed roll 15 is stopped.
dancer roll 18 and guide roll 1 to absorb the slack of
9, and on top of this dancer roll 18, a number of separately prepared supplementary rolls 20 of different weights are selectively mounted and freely rotated, and at the same time, they are fed. A rotatable slitter lower blade 21 is provided near the roll 15, a guide bar 22 is provided above the slitter lower blade 21, and a positioning handle 23 is attached to the guide bar 22.
Numerous sliders 24 that can be fixed at appropriate locations...
・Slideably supported, each slider 24...
A rotatable upper slitter blade 27 that is raised to a non-cutting position by a spring 25 and lowered to a cutting position by pressing a push handle 26 is attached to the slitter blade 27, and a slitter upper blade 27 is attached to the lower slitter blade 21 on both front and rear sides of the lower slitter blade 21. A pair of sponge rolls 28 and 28' are arranged to adhere the web 6 with moderate tension, and are further provided at the rear end of the feeding path 1 to cut the web 6 into pieces by moving up and down while the feeding roll 15 is stopped. A cutting upper blade 29 and a fixed lower cutting blade 30 are provided, and a pair of vertical guide rods 32, 32' are provided on both sides of the rear end of the feed path 1. 1 supports a support member 33 that moves up and down along the guide rods 32, 32', and a pedestal 35 with a structure that allows the inclination angle to be changed is mounted on the support member 33. A screw is attached to the top surface of this pedestal 35. Stoppers 37, 37' that can be moved back and forth by retightening the guide rods 32, 37 are provided at both ends of the support member 33.
Electric screw bolts 39, 39 arranged parallel to
' to fix the sliders 40 and 4σ that move up and down, and also engage the upper end support portion of one of the guide rods 32 and the required portions of the support member 33 to hold the pedestal 35 at its base end. An upper limit switch 41 that stops at a position where the edge is several centimeters lower than the cutting edge of the lower cutting blade 30 and an upper limit engaging portion 42 whose position can be changed are also connected to one guide rod 3.
2, and a lower limit switch 43 that determines the lower limit of the pedestal 35 by mutually engaging the lower end support portion of the guide rod 32 and a required portion of the support member 33, and a lower limit switch 43 whose position can be changed. In addition to providing the engaging portions 44, on both sides of the upper movement range of the pedestal 35 on the pedestal A, a detection device that acts in combination with a light emitter 45 and a light receiver 46 is installed, and this detection device is connected to the cut portion. The height of the stack of cut products 47 received on the pedestal 35 reaches a height slightly lower than the upper surface of the lower cutting blade 30, and the light emitted from the light emitting device 45 from the topmost cut product 47. The screw bolts 39 and 39' are configured to rotate and lower the pedestal 35 step by step by several centimeters each time the screw bolts 39 and 39' receive the detection signal. I heard that
Although not shown in the figure, there is a device on the lower side of the lower blade 21 for automatically collecting the scraps 49, 49' that have been cut off. What is shown is a detection device consisting of a light emitter and a light receiver, which sends a signal to the vertical drive section of the upper cutting blade 29 when the operator inserts a hand or the like between the upper cutting blade 29 and the lower cutting blade 30. This forcibly stops the lowering of the upper cutter blade 29.

That is, in the above embodiment, the carriage 5 is swung left and right based on the detection signal of the meandering detector 2 to automatically correct the meandering delivery of the web 6, and the nip roll 12 that comes into contact with the delivery roll 10.
The raw fabric 6 is pulled in the right and left and lateral directions by the guide grooves 11 and 11' to eliminate vertical wrinkles, and 9 horizontal wrinkles are simultaneously removed by pulling the feed roll 10.
The slack and horizontal wrinkles in the original fabric 6 due to the stoppage of the feed roll 15 are removed by adding weight, and then the sponge rolls 28, 28' are removed.
9. The original fabric is moderately stuck to the lower blade 21 of the slitter, and slitting is performed by the upper blade 27 of the slitter, and wrinkles are removed by the guide grooves 11 and 1V of the nip roll 16 that contacts the feed roll 15. Furthermore, while the feed roll 15 is stopped, the upper cutting blade 29 descends and rises to shred the original fabric 6, and stacks the shredded finished cut products 47 on the pedestal 35 and increases the height of the stack. When the height reaches a height slightly lower than the upper surface of the lower cutter blade 30, the pedestal 35 is lowered step by step, and a predetermined number of cut products 47 are stacked in an orderly manner and removed in a batch. It was made so that it could be released.
