Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance working efficiency while making the movement of an object to be coated free between chains to shorten a drying time in a narrow space, by a method wherein a drying oven is provided above a treating tank and the movement of a drying chain is made adjustable regardless of the movement of a conveyor chain. CONSTITUTION:Drive apparatus 39, 40 are operated to respectively move a drying chain 25 and a conveyor chain 30 and each object 42 to be coated is suspended on suspending metal fittings 38 from an entrance and exit 9. The object 42 to be coated is moved to be sent onto a treating tank 10 and treated and washed while moved upwardly and downwardly at the central part of each tank 10 to be sent upwardly by a large sprocket 31. In the next step, when a support lever 36 supported by receiving plates 34 protruded from support tools 32 provided to the chain 30 at proper intervals passes a large sprocket 31, it is moved to the space between the conical pins 26 of the chain 25. Therefore, the object 42 to be coated suspended from the suspending metal fittings 38 freely dechable to hook metal fittings 37 supported by the support lever 36 is moved into a drying oven 19 to be baked and received by the support tools 32 of the chain 30 moved from the lower part of the oven 19 to be taken out at the entrance and exit 9.

Following the trend of automation and labor-saving in industry, various equipment methods are being considered in order to join the trend in the painting industry, but generally the processing time in the processing tank takes about 1 to 6 minutes. On the other hand, one drying time is required to be about 26 to 80 minutes, so there is no definitive way to meet that condition, and it is expensive, and the automated equipment itself is large and requires a large space to install.
It is still far from being a full-fledged automated painting system, as it requires a
It was inconvenient for me at work. The present invention solves these inconveniences and makes it as small as possible.
This reduces the installation space and allows for drying in narrow spaces by shortening the hanging pitch to a distance where the objects to be coated do not swing around in the drying oven, regardless of the distance between the conveyor for pre-treatment conveyance by using two conveyors. The present invention relates to an electrodeposition coating device that can shorten the time and fully utilize its functions to further improve work efficiency. That is, in the present invention, a drying oven is provided above a processing tank in which a plurality of painting processing tanks are arranged in parallel, and a drying oven is installed in two stages, and a conveying chain is moved vertically at the center of each tank between the processing tank and the drying oven. At the same time, the direction is changed using a large sprocket that idles at both ends to prevent it from entering the drying oven, and the drying chain is installed below the drying oven to connect both ends to make it endless.1. Both ends of the drying chain are connected by a first sprocket whose rotational axis is coaxial with the conveying chain. A shaped bottle is installed protruding outward 1, and the conveying chain and drying chain are driven by separate drive devices so that e = J function is set, and the residence time of the coated object in the drying oven is reduced. The low-speed movement of the conveyor chain allows long inspections regardless of the movement of the conveyor chain, and the support frame for suspending the equipment to be coated can be freely changed from the conveyor chain to the cicada chain. This is a compact collection. An embodiment of the configuration of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the figure, (1) is a main construction made by assembling angle materials to form a frame (2), sandwiching a heat insulating material (3), and soldering the outer plate (4) and inner plate (5). At the top, exhaust ports (6) are provided at both ends, and an inspection lid (7) is installed between them.Auxiliary wires (8) for work are also installed adjacent to the main training (1), and an entrance/exit (9) is installed.

Sedge p-ketto (a) has been identified. (C) is a secondary ND shaft, which is installed on both sides of the frame (2) at the upper part of the artificial side of the drying oven α9, and has a No. 8 tin rocket (Incorporated) installed at the inner tip so as to be freely rotatable. The chain is a drying chain, which has a protruding bottle M with a conical tip, and is attached to the drying chain with the bent fixing plate V) facing upward. Sprocket C! ◇ and #88 Sufrocket (c) are connected. (Incorporated) is a fixed shaft, and a fourth sprocket @ is provided at the tip so that it can freely rotate. C1 is a conveyance chain, which is installed above the fourth tin rocket chain C21 so as to be able to move up and down near the center of the six tanks. On the inside of the sprocket υ and the 8th sprocket (c), the large sprocket II υ installed on the driven shaft board is connected by burying the four lower parts of the dry leech furnace and supporting it. Line (8) inside f, vertically descending bending Δ
At the opening (9), it is raised to the top of the processing tank to make it endless, and a fixed shaft 9 is provided at each appropriate location, and then transferred using the 4-output sprocket CAe.
There are 1 mountains set up at will. (A) shows the entire support, and (C) is a board with a curved support plate Oa that is protruded downward in the direction of the angular force, and the support shaft (to) is used to attach the conveyor chain. The mounting plate (to) is swingably provided at an arbitrary pitch at a position. ζ is a support frame with a pull #1 metal AC shaft installed below for hanging the workpiece, and both ends are supported by the receiving plate 0◆. It has a lower metal smell and can be attached to and detached from the hooking tool "U" so that multiple cylinders of objects to be processed can be freely suspended below. The shaft is a drive device for driving a drying chain (c),

Adjust the rotation ratio and circumferential speed of (1) so that the support rod Oe coming out of the drying oven a can be received by the receiving plate (2) in a timely manner. It is also possible to widen the open state of the receiving plate (1) to make it easier to receive it. As mentioned above, the present invention consists of a processing tank 0 (in fact, a drying oven Q9 is provided above, making it a two-stage process, in which a plurality of six cypress trees for painting treatment are arranged in parallel), and a processing tank Y!'! (10 and the old drying oven Q). A conveyor chain α) is installed on the il to move up and down in the center of each tank, and the direction is changed using a large tin rocket CJ) that rotates at the entrance and exit to prevent it from entering the drying oven shaft. Let j be endless, and ¥1. A drying chain: yclrI is installed on the upper part of the drying oven Q, and a support plate (54) is installed on the top of the drying oven Q to protrude the connection 1-1 receiving plate (c) at the Snoroku cut QO, which is installed coaxially with the rotation axis of the conveying chain. The drying chain 4 is swingably attached to the hip of the drying chain 4, and a conical hinge is protruded outward from the drying chain 4 at a suitable position 7, each with a separate drive device 6.
.. (,('l By making it possible to drive with GIO, the entire device can be downsized and the installation area is small, and the function is fully extended. By dividing the chain into conveyance and transfer, drying is possible. The moving speed of the chain can be adjusted freely, and it can be adjusted to suit the objects to be coated under various conditions, expanding the scope of its use. It is an excellent invention for industrial use, as it has many features such as being extremely economical and requiring about 10 times more space than conventional methods.
