うにし、かつポールの外周と前記平行部との両端角部の
中心角（円弧外周面の中心角）をβ、両端の半径線を構
成する中心角（円弧内周面の中心角）をαとしたとき、
β＝（０゜９〜０゜９５）×αなる関係式を満足するよ
