The processing of fabric products can be roughly divided into scouring and finishing, dyeing and finishing. For example, when scouring and finishing, chemicals suitable for this process are used, and when dyeing, a dyeing solution is used, and finishing In processing, the purpose is achieved by applying finishing chemicals to the fabric and then heat-treating the fabric. Therefore, during each of the above-mentioned processes, a means for applying a prescribed chemical to the fabric is required, and conventional methods for applying this chemical include a method using transfer paper and a method using water or a solvent as a medium. The method using transfer paper is generally difficult to adopt because it is an expensive means of applying a chemical, and the method of applying a chemical solution using water or a solvent as a medium is the most commonly adopted method.

However, in the continuous chemical application method using water or a solvent as a medium, after applying the chemical to the fabric and impregnating it, the drug contained in the chemical is adsorbed to the fabric, and the other water or solvent is removed by evaporation. Intermediate drying equipment is now required. Therefore, the use of this intermediate drying device has the problem of consuming a large amount of thermal energy. In order to reduce the consumption of this thermal energy, it has been proposed to squeeze the liquid from the liquid-containing fabric with a squeeze mangle, but there is a limit to the squeezing rate with the squeeze D mangle, and the desired moisture removal cannot be achieved. It was hot. The present invention has been made in view of the above, and it is possible to apply a drug uniformly and in an appropriate amount to the entire fabric by applying the drug applying method using air bubbles, which the present inventor has previously obtained rights to. The present invention provides a device that enables this.

Reference numeral 4 denotes a foam nozzle through which foam is discharged from a foaming tank (not shown), and the foam 6 discharged from the foam nozzle 4 is formed by foaming dyeing liquid or caustic liquid into, for example, a well-known shaping cream. It is a substance with fine bubbles. Reference numeral 5 denotes a receiving plate that receives the foam 6 drawn out from the foam nozzle 4, and the edges of this receiving plate are positioned at an appropriate distance from the circumferential surface of the foam application roll 3. The blowing of the foam 6 transmitted from the receiving plate 5 to the foam application roll 3 is limited by the width of the gap.

Even if the gap between the two sides is fixed and cannot be changed, the object of the present invention can be achieved. The above is the structure of this example,
According to this embodiment, the receiving plate 5 led out from the foam nozzle 4
As the foam application roll 3 rotates, the foam 6 supplied above adheres to the circumferential surface of the foam application roll 3 with a thickness corresponding to the gap between the foam application roll 3 and the receiving plate 5, and further The foam adhering to the circumferential surface of the foam application roll 3 is transferred and applied to one side of the cloth 2 guided by the guide roll 1.

Therefore, foam having a thickness corresponding to the gap formed between the receiving plates 5 is continuously applied to the fabric. It goes without saying that by adjusting the above-mentioned gap by driving the rotor 7, it is possible to adjust the fineness of the foam application. In this way, in the present invention, the foam supplied onto the receiving plate is Since it is applied uniformly to the circumferential surface of the applicator roll 3 and then the bubbles on the circumferential surface of the applicator roll 3 are transferred and applied to the fabric 2, it has the following features.

That is, as the foam is rubbed against the circumferential surface of the coating roll 3, which does not absorb moisture or absorb water, the thickness of the foam adhered to the circumferential surface of the coating roll 3 becomes constant, thereby transferring and coating the fabric 2. The amount of bubbles produced is uniform, which has the effect of making it possible to process evenly.
In other words, when a cloth is passed through the accumulated bubbles, the moisture absorption and water absorption distribution of the cloth will be different. Strictly speaking, there will be areas where it is easy to absorb bubbles and areas where it is difficult to absorb bubbles, and furthermore due to the resistance of the fabric. However, in the present invention, since the foam adhered to the surface of the foam application roll 3 is uniform,
The foam transferred to the fabric has the effect of being evenly applied.
Example In FIG. 2, the purpose of this example is to apply foam 6 to both sides of the fabric 2, but the structure of this example is such that the foam application roll 3 in Example 1 is applied to the fabric 2.
A foam nozzle 4, a receiving plate 5, and a receiving plate 5, which have the same structure as in the previous embodiment, are installed in correspondence with the two foam application rolls 3, 3, which are arranged opposite to each other.
It is equipped with a rotor 7 and a rod 8.

The effects of this embodiment are the same as those of the previous embodiment except that foam is applied to both sides of the fabric, so a description of the effects will be omitted. Embodiment In FIG. 3, in this embodiment, each receiving plate 5 of the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 As a result, the peripheral surface of the receiving roll 9 and the foam application roll 3

Therefore, as in the previous embodiment, it is possible to uniformly apply the desired amount of foam 6 to the circumferential surface of the foam application roll 3, and this has the effect that a constant amount of mold foam is always transferred and applied to both sides of the fabric 2. There is. As described above, in the present invention, the foam drawn out from the foam nozzle 4 is first applied to the circumferential surface of the foam application roll 3 in a uniform thickness,
After that, the foam uniformly applied to the circumferential surface of the foam application roll 3 is transferred to the fabric, so that according to the present invention, a constant amount of bubbles is continuously and uniformly applied to one or both sides of the fabric. It has the effect of
