In recent years, the textile industry has been actively automating machinery and saving labor in various processes, and is attempting to break away from the traditional labor-intensive industry. As part of this, for example, in the spinning and winding process, automatic winding machines that can automatically start and stop, and automatic dockers that exchange fully wound packages with empty bobbins have been developed and are now being used as production equipment. I'm getting used to it. In order to fully utilize the effects of the automatic winding machine and automatic dosing machine as described above, it is necessary to perform threading work on the roller group in the spinning and winding process, or the roller group and the winding machine connected to the roller group. It is absolutely necessary that the threading work be automated and mechanized without relying on manual labor.

At this time, in order to prevent a large amount of yarn from being wrapped around the yarn processing roller when a yarn breakage occurs during automatic thread threading, a method is needed to detect the yarn breakage and process the supplied yarn. becomes. The present inventor has already proposed a new yarn breakage detection processing device in order to meet such demands (Special Publication No. 511-50
93). However, in the device according to the invention described above, the yarn breakage detector provided on the suction gun, the aspirator and yarn cutter provided on the spinning machine side are operated in conjunction with each other. However, as thread processing has come to be done in a nearly completely unmanned manner, it goes without saying that the thread may break during the threading process.
It is also required to monitor yarn breakage during normal winding.

Under such circumstances, the present invention provides a yarn breakage detection processing device (usually composed of a yarn breakage detector, an aspirator interlocked therewith, and a yarn cutter) provided on the spinning machine side, and a yarn breakage detection processing device located opposite the spinning machine. This invention has been made in order to achieve the above requirements by organically combining the threading device with an automatic threading device that performs threading.
That is, the present invention provides an automatic thread threading device for threading a yarn processing roller group or a yarn processing roller group and a winding machine connected to the roller group of a spinning machine having a yarn breakage processing device using an automatic threading device. The hanging device and the yarn breakage device on the spinning machine side can be linked, and prior to the automatic yarn hanging operation, the yarn breakage device installed on the spinning machine side can be made inactive from the automatic yarn hanging device side, and the automatic yarn hanging device can also be activated. A yarn breakage detector provided on the spinning machine side is activated, and if a yarn breakage occurs during the threading operation, the yarn breakage detector detects the yarn breakage, and then the yarn breakage processing device on the spinning machine side is activated and the machine runs. This is a yarn breakage detection and processing method characterized in that the yarn is processed by the yarn breakage processing device.

FIG. 1 shows a spinning machine as an example of a yarn processing machine, in which the yarn Y is spun from a spinneret 1, passes through an oiling roller 2, and then passes through a first stage roller 3 and a second stage roller 4. After being traversed by a traverse device 5, it is wound onto a winding body T driven by a friction roller 6. The spinning machine is also provided with a yarn breakage device. That is, 8 is a yarn breakage detector that detects yarn breakage based on the presence or absence of traversing of the yarn, and 9 and 10 are processing means provided between the oiling roller 2 and the first stage roller 3, respectively. Aspirator and thread cutter. Reference numeral 11 denotes a push-button switch for switching the yarn breakage processing device between active and inactive states, and when the switch is in the push state, a limit switch or the like operates to cause the yarn breakage detector 8 to become inactive.

(Of course, this operation may be a main one or an auxiliary one.) Furthermore, the automatic threading device A activates or deactivates the yarn breakage device on the spinning machine side. As an interlocking mechanism, it has a switching pusher 13 driven by a fluid pressure cylinder 14 for switching the switch 11 on the spinning machine side. (In addition to this method, other means such as a photoelectric switch can also be used as the interlocking mechanism.) Further, the suction gun 12 for threading is provided at its tip with a thread breakage detector 15 for determining the presence or absence of thread. A thread breakage detector operated from the automatic threading device side is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 51-509.
It may be a method using a piezoelectric element or an air jet as already proposed in No. 3, or a method in which a normal contact type detector is pressed. Next, the effects of the present invention will be explained.

First, when automatic yarn hooking device A moves to a predetermined position in front of the spinning machine and is in a standby state, when it receives a full winding command from the spinning machine side, the fluid pressure cylinder 14 is actuated to project the switching pusher 13 and press the push button on the spinning machine side. Press the switch 11 to disable the yarn breakage detector 8.

Next, a thread cutter (not shown) is operated to cut the running thread Y between the second stage roller 4 and the winding body T, and the thread is sucked into the suction gun 12 located above the traverse device 5. At the same time, the yarn breakage detector 15 is brought into operation and connected to the fluid pressure cylinder 14, and yarn breakage monitoring during the automatic threading operation begins. After this, the fully wound package of the winding machine and the empty bobbin are replaced, automatic threading operation is started, and the suction gun 12 performs a predetermined operation, but if thread breakage occurs during this threading operation, the automatic threading operation is started. The thread breakage detector 15 on the hooking device side detects this. Then, a thread breakage signal is issued and the fluid pressure cylinder 14
is activated to return the switching pusher 14 to its original position. As a result, the push-button switch 11 returns to its original state and activates the yarn breakage detector 8 on the spinning machine side. Therefore, at this point, the yarn breakage detector 8 detects yarn breakage, and the yarn breakage processing device performs a series of yarn breakage processes. That is, the thread cutter 10 and the aspirator 9 operate, and the thread Y is cut by the thread cutter 10 and sucked into the aspirator 9. In this case, an alarm lamp or a buzzer may be operated to display or notify the abnormal condition, and at the same time, a stop signal may be given to the automatic threading device. Next, if no thread breakage occurs during the automatic threading operation, the thread breakage detector 15 on the automatic threading device is made inactive immediately before or almost simultaneously with threading on the winding body 7, and After threading, the switching pusher 13 is returned to the operating state, and the yarn breakage detector 8 on the spinning machine side is activated, and the yarn breakage is subsequently monitored by the yarn breakage detector 8 on the spinning machine side, and the switch is returned to the normal state. .

As explained above, according to the present invention, during automatic threading, the traveling yarn suctioned and held by the suction gun is constantly monitored except for a very short period of time (usually 5 to 15 seconds), thereby causing problems such as yarn breakage. Even if a problem occurs, it can be quickly and reliably processed without causing any trouble to others, and it has a great effect on automation or unmanned operation.

Furthermore, even if a yarn breakage occurs during the interruption of the monitoring, the amount of yarn wound around the roller is very small and will not cause any other trouble even at high speeds. Furthermore, according to this method, the yarn breakage processing device on the spinning machine side is also used, which simplifies the equipment and has great effects in that respect.
