１３が段部７上で載置回動できるように形成した載置周
縁２０を設けると共に中蓋１３の中央に摘み片１８を立
設し、且又中蓋１３の中央に上部筒部６と間隙周部１４
を設けた立設面部１９を設けると共に上部筒部６に穿設
した大孔５の下端より中央方向の上部に位置する扁平膨
