石油等危険物の流失による二次災害を防止しようとする
ものである。

板2はそれに追随して上下しようとするが、この時、第
2図に示すように矢印の方向に円板2が回転し、これに
よりロッド3の傾斜角度が変化して浮き円板2の液面追
随性を可能にしている。

部の抜穴6の大きさ等により変るので、揺動の速度等を
考慮して円板形状を適切に設計することが望ましい。又
液面揺動を完全に押えるように構成した場合には固定水
増大による水平力が大きくなるため、例えば円板とタン
ク側板との間隙及び円板中央部の抜穴を大きくするが、
或いは第5図に示すごとく円板2,2″の一方又は両方
に液動揺圧力を抜くための抜穴7を設けるか、又はこれ
らを適宜組み合せることにより固定水の増加を少なくし
、液面揺動を多小許容できるように設計することもでき
る。
