本考案はスピーカ取付機構の考案に係り、スピーカグリ
ルを装備したスピーカを車体などのベース部体に対し必
要部材数少く、シかも簡易且つコンパクトで設置するこ
とができると共にビス類のような取付部材の紛失を防止

うに研究して考案されたものであって、スピーカにスピ
ーカグリルを取付けた状態でベース部体に取付けるに当
って、前記したスピーカの背面に固定子より小径の挿通
孔を形成すると共に該挿通孔の周側に切込みを配設した
板状介装片を各固定子部分に添設して上記ベース部体に

の取付状態において肉厚のナツトや固定子頭部などがス
ピーカグリルとスピーカとの間に介在しないこととなる
ので車体内面の如きに殊更に突出することなく前記板状
片４はワッシャ的にベース部体５とスピーカ３との間に
介在してデザイン的に好酸しい状態で取付は得られ、そ
の取付工数などを大幅に縮減して有利な取付けを得しめ
