Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the roof having nearly the same appearance as an ordinary type roof by a structure wherein heat collecting mechanism is made integral with the roof by employing transparent tiles. CONSTITUTION:An air chamber 3 is formed between a metallic tile 1 and the transparent tile 2 by covering the surface of the metallic tile 1 integrally with the transparent tile 2. In addition, heat collecting pipes 4 filled with heat transfer medium for heat-exchanging are lain on the back of the metallic tiles 1. When heated, the heat transfer medium in the heat collecting pipes 4 circulates to a tank 6 installed at the edge of the roof in order to be heat-exchanged thereat to turn the water in the tank 6 into hot water.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. (1) is a panel-shaped metal tile that looks like it is covered with multiple tiles.
Commercially available products may also be used. Incidentally, a selective absorption film (5) for completely absorbing heat rays may be applied or pasted on the surface of this metal tile t1+. (2) is a transparent tile formed in a similar shape to the metal tile (1), and is made of transparent synthetic material 8 such as acrylic resin or polycarbonate, and is molded with oil or plastic glass. The front side of the metal tile t11 is separated and integrated by the transparent tile (2), and an air chamber (3) is formed between the metal tile t1) and the transparent tile (2).

Furthermore, a heat collection pipe (4) for heat exchange filled with a heat medium is installed on the back side of the metal tile (1). When the heat medium in the heat collecting pipe (4) is heated, it circulates and exchanges heat with the water in the tank (6) installed in the ridge, stopping the hot water. Note that (7) is a heat insulating material.

Since the present invention is constructed as described above, the roof and the heat collecting mechanism are integrated, and the appearance -1- is almost the same as a normal roof and has an excellent appearance. Moreover, sunlight passes through the transparent tiles. This can raise the total temperature of the metal tile and raise the temperature of the heat collection pipe. Moreover, since an air chamber is formed on the surface of the metal tile by transparent tiles, the air chamber is heated and nitrided, and even when the wind blows, it can be heated. The advantage is that the hot air on the surface of the metal tiles is not blown away, eliminating heat dissipation and dissipation, resulting in high heat collection efficiency. In addition, since the gold paulownia tiles are protected by transparent tiles, they are not affected by wind and rain, improving their durability. Another advantage is that because of the air chamber, even if it rains, the metal tile will not be immediately cooled down, and there is no risk of condensation forming on the back of the metal tile.
