【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は新規なアスファルトプラントにおける骨材加熱
乾燥装置の排ガス温度調整装置に関するもので、バグフ
ィルタ装置のF布の焼損を防止すると共に噴水による排
ガスのガス量の増加が僅かであり、排風機による骨材乾
燥装置内で発生する排ガスの排出に支障を与えず、骨材
乾燥装置の燃焼効率を低下させず、しかも排ガスの温度
に対応して噴水し、バグフィルタ装置内に結露を生ぜず
、バグフィルタ装置のF3m効率の低下のないものであ
る。

なげればならないために、骨材乾燥装置の排ガスを十分
に排出できず、骨材乾燥装置の燃焼効率が低下し、骨材
の乾燥を十分に行なうことができず、燃焼効率の底下に
よって未燃焼ガスを発生し、公害を生ずると共に燃料を
浪費する等の欠点があったが、本発明者は種々実験研究
の結果、このような欠点のない本発明を得たのである。

温度測定装置12よりの電気信号によって電源を接続、
遮断するスイッチ切換装置20を付設し、排ガス温度測
定装置12で排ガス温度に対応して生ずる電気信号によ
って弁制御装置18を作動し、開閉弁15に内装してい
る弁を閉止より全開まで無段階にあるいは閉止または全
開に、排ガスの温度に対応して駆動する。

も排ガスの温度に対応して噴水し、水分を完全に蒸発さ
せ、バグフィルタ装置内に結露を生ぜず、バグフィルタ
装置の流過効率を低下させないものである。
