いう加工経費及び作業能率の面だけでなく、上記フラン
ジ部分のメタルフローが悉く切断されるところから材料
強度の面からも種々の問題が見られたものである。

方、該固定フレームの一側に押金敷5を備えたクロスヘ
ッド6を、又その他側に丸鋼Aの末端を受止める可動フ
レーム1を摺動自在に設けてなるものである。

鍛造するに当り、特にフランジの外周イや一定の曲率加
工を必要とするフランジ基部口、或いはフランジ面の段
部ハなどになお多量の余肉(第2図斜線部分)が見られ
、その切削量が多大であった他、上記イ2ロ、ハ部分の
メタルフローが切断されて、軸強度を低下させるという
問題点が残されていたものである。

続したメタルフローを得ることに成功したものである。
