Conventionally available gas generators include, for example, lighter-type ones that use LPG and ones that use highly volatile alcohol with a surfactant added to gel, but the former uses high-pressure gas, so the gas concentration is low. If the amount of gas is excessive, it is not possible to confirm the operation of the gas detection device near the operating concentration, and there is a risk that the gas detection sensor will not return to its original state completely. Also, since it is a dangerous substance, it must be handled with care and is expensive.

In the latter case, the volatilization progresses too quickly, causing the alcohol to become premature, and after the surface volatilization progresses, the amount of gas generated drops sharply, making it difficult for internal alcohol to volatilize. However, the drawback was that it was difficult to recover by refilling or refilling the gas after the amount of gas generated became low.

The present invention has been made in view of these points, and its purpose is to generate a moderate amount of gas, and because it is in powder form, it has a large surface area and has stable gas generation ability over a long period of time. The purpose is to provide a gas generator for testing that is easy to replenish volatile components and refill, and to easily restore functionality after a decrease in gas generation capacity.Another purpose is to provide a gas generator for testing that does not scatter powder inside the container. There is a gas generator to provide.

以下本発明を実施例に基き詳述する。The present invention will be described in detail below based on examples.

The powder 2 stored in the container 1 is a drying-like solvent powder obtained by powdering a highly volatile organic solvent. Coated gold-organic solvent powders coated with dextrin, gelatin, etc. can also be coated with organic solvents such as dextrin or gelatin. It may be either a solvent powder or a mixture of both.

The contained solvent powder 2 stored in the container 1 sealed by the lid 3 contains flammable solvent gas generated through the powder wall in the coated type, and unbonded and adsorbed in the bonded and adsorbed type. The generated flammable solvent gas is stored in the container 1.

To test the gas detection device 10, open the lid 3 of the container 1, insert the small-diameter opening 5 into the inspection port 11 of the gas detection device 10, press the container 1 to compress and deform it, and the container 1 will be removed.
The combustible solvent gas accumulated inside is ejected from the opening 5 and comes into contact with the gas detection sensor.

In this way, in the present invention, a highly volatile organic solvent is stored as a powder in a flexible container, so that the volatilization progresses appropriately and the amount of gas generated does not become excessive. Moreover, since it is a powder, it has a large surface area and gas generation is moderately smooth, and unlike conventional gelled products, the amount of gas generated decreases rapidly after volatilization from the surface has finished. In addition, even after the organic solvent content runs out, it is easy to replenish and refill as it is a powder, making it easy to restore functionality, and it also has the advantage of being less dangerous and cheaper. It is small and easy to use.
