[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a dewatering and rinsing device for a washing machine, etc., which has a structure that switches between rinsing and dewatering of an object to be dehydrated by attaching and detaching a water spray cylinder to and from the dehydrating capacity.

Conventionally, for example, in a two-tub washing machine, a water sprinkling tube that has a large number of water fountain holes on the peripheral wall and can be attached to and removed from the inside of the dewatering capacity, and a presser foot that has an insertion hole that loosely fits into the water sprinkling tube. There is provided a device which is equipped with a panel and is configured to switch between rinsing and dehydration of the object to be dehydrated by attaching and detaching the water spray tube.

That is, when dehydrating and rinsing, a water spray barrel is attached to the inner bottom of the dewatering unit and stands upright, the material to be dehydrated is stored around the water spray barrel, and a presser is placed at the upper end of the water spray barrel. The insertion hole of the plate is fitted loosely, the holding plate holds down the object to be dehydrated, and the dehydrator is rotated while pouring water into the water spray cylinder from the water injection pipe above the dehydrator, and the centrifugal force at this time dehydrates the object. While dehydrating, water is ejected from the fountain hole and permeates into the object to be dehydrated.
On the other hand, when only dewatering is performed, the material to be dehydrated is stored in the dehydrating capacity with the water spray barrel removed, and the holding plate is attached to the top opening of the dehydrating capacity. The dehydration function is rotated while holding an object.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional configuration, when dehydrating and rinsing, the rotation of the dewatering capacity causes the water spray tube, especially the upper end thereof, to oscillate laterally, and because of this lateral vibration, water cannot reliably enter the water spray tube from the water injection tube. There was a problem that the rinsing efficiency deteriorated.

This is because in this case, in order to make it easier to fit the insertion hole of the presser plate into the water spray barrel, the diameter is made somewhat larger than that of the water spray barrel, and it is loosely fitted as described above, thus preventing the above-mentioned lateral vibration. However, if the diameter of the insertion hole is made to match the diameter of the water spray barrel, there is a problem in that it is difficult to fit the holding plate into the water spray barrel and it is also difficult to attach it to the top opening of the dewatering capacity.

On the other hand, when only dewatering is performed, there is a problem in that a part of the material to be dehydrated protrudes from the insertion hole of the holding plate formed with a large diameter as described above.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and its purpose is to prevent the horizontal swing of the water spray barrel while ensuring ease of fitting the insertion hole into the water spray barrel, and to prevent the protrusion of the material to be dehydrated. To provide a dehydration rinsing device for a washing machine, etc., which can prevent the dehydration and rinsing of a washing machine.

As described above, in this embodiment, when performing dehydration rinsing, the upper end of the water spray tube 18 erected inside the dehydration tube 12 is connected to the elastic tongue of the presser plate 21 attached to the dehydration tube 12. 25
Since the water sprinkling tube 18 is held by the water dehydration tube 12, it does not oscillate laterally even when the dewatering tube 12 rotates, and therefore water can be reliably poured into the water sprinkling tube 18 from the water injection tube 28, etc., and the rinsing efficiency is improved compared to the conventional one. You can make it better.

On the other hand, when only dewatering is performed, the elastic tongue piece 25 extending inward from the peripheral edge of the insertion hole 23 of the presser plate 21
Since the insertion hole 23 is shielded, the object A to be dehydrated does not protrude from the insertion hole 23 unlike in the conventional case, and problems such as abnormal rotation of the dehydration cylinder 12 can also be solved.

Of course, in this embodiment as well, the insertion hole 23 and the water spray barrel 18 fit loosely, and the elastic tongue piece 25 bends when fitting, so that the ease of fitting the insertion hole 23 is not impaired.

Further, according to this embodiment, the presser plate 21 not only has a handle part 26 that is convenient for attachment and detachment, but also has a configuration in which the handle part 26 is located around the insertion hole 23 and surrounds the elastic tongue piece 25. Therefore, even if water overflows from the water spray barrel 18, the water is prevented from scattering outward by the handle portion 26, and all of the water is removed by the slits between the elastic tongues 25).
Since the water flows from 5a along the water spray tube 18, the water can be returned to the dehydration basket 12, and all the water can be effectively used for the dehydration rinsing described above without wastage.

Furthermore, especially according to this embodiment, the elastic tongue piece 25 is attached to the handle part 2.
Since the grip portion 26 is located at the inner lower part of the handle portion 6, the water-stopping effect of the handle portion 26 can be better ensured, and therefore, it can be made even more effective.
