Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a plunger from sinking due to the elasticity of oil or that of bubbles contained therein, by providing a spacer in the high-pressure oil chamber of a hydraulic rush adjuster to reduce the volume of the chamber. CONSTITUTION:A plunger 1 has an oil hole 2 and a check valve 3 comprising a ball 3a and a cage 3b and is urged upwards by a spring 5 in a main body 4.
