Conventionally, when the upper and lower parts of a sliding door are fitted into the upper and lower rails, it is common to have a gasket protrude from the upper and lower rails and press against only one side of the sliding door to maintain a single airtight seal.

しかしながら1重の気密保持では気密保持が十分ではな

から引戸上端がはずれてしまうという問題があった。
However, a single layer of airtightness is not sufficient to maintain airtightness, and although a lower rail is provided, there is a problem in that when the lower rail is lowered, the upper end of the sliding door comes off from the upper rail.

本考案は上記の点に鑑みて考案したものであって、その

This invention was devised in view of the above points, and its purpose is to eliminate the rattling of the sliding door when it is opened and closed, and to avoid the gap that tends to occur between the upper rail and the upper end of the sliding door. To provide a sliding door mounting device capable of preventing the sliding door from falling off and supporting the sliding door so that it will not come off even if a shelf board bends downward.

The sliding door mounting device of the present invention includes a projection piece 11 that protrudes from the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door 3 at the upper end of the sliding door 3, and the sliding door 3 is slidably mounted between the upper and lower rails 1 and 2 having a U-shaped cross section. Soft elastic fins 4, 4 whose tips are in elastic contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door 3 are provided mutually protruding from the inner surfaces of the upper and lower rails 1, 2 in the longitudinal direction. It is brought into elastic contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door 3 at the bottom.

On the inner surfaces of both the upper and lower rails 1 and 2, soft elastic fins 4, 4 made of soft synthetic resin such as soft vinyl chloride are protruded over the entire length in the longitudinal direction, and opposing soft elastic fins are provided. The gap a between the tips of 4 and 4 is made slightly smaller than the thickness b of the sliding door 3 such as a glass door.

Then, a trapezoidal cross-sectional hatch 7 made of synthetic resin such as vinyl chloride is fitted onto the upper end of the sliding door 3, and the projecting piece 11 is made to protrude from the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door 3.

However, when a sliding door 3 such as a glass door is fitted to the upper and lower rails 1 and 2 as shown in FIG. 2A from the state shown in FIG. Due to the elastic contact, the sliding door 3 does not rattle when it is in a stationary state or when it is opened or closed.

In the bookshelf 8 as shown in FIG. 5, weights W□ and W2 are applied to the partition plate 9 and the bottom plate 10, respectively, and the dimension C becomes C+.

Sliding door 3 cannot be removed.

As described above, the present invention includes a protruding piece that protrudes from the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door at the upper end of the sliding door, soft elastic fins that come into elastic contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door are provided on the upper and lower rails, and the soft elastic fins of the upper rail are placed slightly below the protruding pieces. Since it is in elastic contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door, the soft elastic fins provided on the upper and lower rails come into elastic contact with both the upper and lower inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door, and as a result, both the upper and lower parts of the sliding door have an inner surface and an outer surface. This means that the upper and lower parts of the sliding door are doubly airtight with respect to the upper and lower rails, and the soft elastic fins of the upper rail are placed slightly below the protrusion to secure the sliding door. Since the sliding door is in elastic contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the sliding door, even if a large number of heavy books are placed on the shelves of a bookshelf with a lower rail and the shelves sag, the protruding piece at the top of the sliding door will not touch the soft elastic fins. As a result, the soft elastic fin protrudes diagonally downward from the upper rail, causing both soft elastic fins to form an inverted V-shape (Ft'), and the protrusion gets caught on the soft elastic fin, which would cause it to come off in the conventional way. It is possible to support the sliding door so that it does not come off.

Furthermore, in this case, the soft elastic fins can come into elastic contact with the inner and outer surfaces of the upper end of the sliding door, and the soft elastic fins can also come into elastic contact with the lower surface of the projection of the sliding door, thereby further improving the airtightness of the upper part of the sliding door. .
