This idea was made to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks of the conventional method, and it utilizes horizontal reinforcements embedded in concrete structures, and attaches hook-shaped parts to the ends of the horizontal reinforcements for tightening formwork plates. At the same time as forming a receiving part, a piece of wood is attached along the longitudinal direction of the formwork plate, and a wedge is inserted into the hook-shaped part by penetrating this piece of wood so that the formwork can be assembled. This eliminates the need for conventional separators, makes the structure simple and requires fewer parts, and makes it extremely easy to assemble and dismantle the formwork, reducing construction costs. The aim is to provide the equipment.

以下この考案の一実施例を図面を参照して説明する。An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

These parts 5 and 6 are usually formed by folding the end of the horizontal member 3 into a U-shape to form a hook-shaped part 4, and then bending the end part upward or downward to form a receiving part. But, but,

In addition, in FIG. 1, one of the horizontal reinforcement sets 1 has hook-shaped parts 5 and form plate receiving parts 6 on both the upper and lower horizontal members 3, 3.
However, like the other horizontal reinforcement set 1', the hook-shaped part 5 forms only the upper horizontal member 3', and the lower horizontal member 3' only forms the form plate receiving part 6'. may be formed.

Next, for 7, plywood or light alloy plates that are normally used for formwork boards may be used, but for construction on terrain or slopes with poor footing, cardboard that has been treated with water resistance etc. It is advantageous to use paper boards such as the above because they are lightweight, easy to install, and inexpensive.

When using the horizontal reinforcement set indicated by reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1, the wedge 9 is also driven into the hook-shaped portion 5 of the lower horizontal member 3 as shown in FIG. 3A, but as shown in FIG. When the transverse reinforcement set indicated by the reference numeral 1' is used, the wedge 9 is only the hook-shaped portion 5 of the upper transverse member 3, as shown in FIG.

As explained above, the concrete placing device of this invention utilizes a horizontal reinforcement set buried as reinforcement necessary for a concrete structure, and has a hook-shaped part and a receiving part at the end of the horizontal member of this horizontal reinforcement set. The hook-shaped portion protrudes from the through-hole provided in the formwork plate, and the spacing between the formwork plates is maintained, and the outer surface of the formwork plate is provided with a cut-out material having a through-hole through which a wedge is inserted. By attaching the wedges to the holes in the end thick material and driving them into the holes formed by the hook-like parts, it is possible to simultaneously place reinforcement in the horizontal reinforcement set and formwork plates without using conventional separators. Since it can be installed easily, the configuration is extremely simple and there are few parts, saving materials and making the construction easy, reducing construction costs and shortening the construction period. It is highly effective when applied to facilities with concrete structures such as surfaces.
