However, in general, when releasing from the mold, a considerably large mold release force is required, so excessive force is likely to be applied to the mold release surface of the molded article and the entire molded article, and therefore, the mold release surface and the molded article are likely to be damaged.

In other words, the formwork device of the present invention makes it possible to release the formwork sequentially from the end of the molded product without using batch release, and allows the mold release to be performed by dispersing the mold release force caused by batch release. It has a flexible formwork 2, a tube mat 1 that expands and contracts with the light sharpening of the fluid (i.e., energy or degassing, and light waves or liquid removal), and a rigid back-up material 3. ,
The tube mat 1 is made up of a plurality of tubular hollow bodies 11, 11, which can be independently invigorated and degassed.
It is formed by connecting ... in parallel.

The tubular hollow body 11 is made of an impermeable non-stretchable sheet (impermeable even when liquid is used as the fluid), for example, a canvas material which has been subjected to an air-impermeable treatment as necessary, or an elastic material having elasticity. , for example, is made of synthetic rubber, and both are connected to a pipe 13 for filling and degassing.

The tubular hollow bodies 11 are filled with air through pipes 13, respectively.
However, when the tubular hollow body 11 is made of a non-stretchable sheet, degassing is carried out by supplying air with a pump (not shown) or the like through the tubular hollow body 11. If the tubular hollow body 11 is made of an elastic material, by opening the evacuation port of the tubular hollow body 11, the air will be naturally evacuated due to the contractile force of the elastic material.

In the device of the present invention, this mold release work is carried out at one end of the tube mat 1 (upper end in the figure), as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4.
It suffices to start deaerating the tubular hollow body 11 at the end, and then sequentially deaerate the tubular hollow body 11 at the other end (upper and lower ends in the figure), and as a result, the solidified molded body of the molding material 4 is easily released from the mold 2.

That is, according to the device of the present invention, when the tube-shaped hollow body 11 at the negative side end is degassed, the formwork 2 and the back-up material 3 are connected and fixed to the hollow body 11, and the back-up material 3 is fixed to the hollow body 11. The material 3 has high rigidity and is fixed at a predetermined location (not shown), and the formwork 2 has flexibility, so the tubular hollow body 1
1, the hollow body 11 and the formwork 2 are drawn toward the back-up material 3.

- When P2 becomes larger than the adhesion force P1 between the formwork 2 and the solidified molded body of the molding material 4, since the formwork 2 has flexibility from one end, it gradually releases from the mold while being bent. .

Therefore, if the air is sequentially removed from the hollow body 11 at the negative end (by reducing P2), the mold frame 2 will be released from the molded body accordingly.

The mold release at this time is not a one-shot mold release using the entire surface of the mold as in general mold release, but, for example, mold release is performed at linear or dotted portions on the mold release surface between the mold and the molded product. , and the mold release force P.

P2 is gradually increased, and the mold is released when it slightly exceeds the adhesion force P1 between the mold and the molded body, so the mold release is performed by gradually applying the minimum mold release force from one end of the mold release surface. As shown in the above, the device of the present invention requires only a minimum of releasing force when releasing the molded product, making it easy to release the mold and preventing damage even when the molded product has relatively low strength. Since the mold can be released without causing any damage and no special effort is required during mold release, the mold release work can be carried out efficiently.

Incidentally, the formwork apparatus of the present invention may be used in plurality as shown in FIG. 5 when molding a molded product, or may be used in combination with a normal formwork 5 etc. as shown in FIG.
