When observing the inside of a digestive organ such as the stomach or large intestine using an endoscope, the endoscope's air supply device blows air into the organ to inflate the organ and connect the objective lens of the endoscope with the internal coating of the organ. The necessary distance for observation is secured between the side part and the side part. Therefore, body fluids in the organ rarely adhere to the window of the objective lens, but when inserting the endoscope, the tip of the endoscope, including the window of the objective lens, should be rubbed against the mucosal surface inside the body cavity. As the object lens is inserted into the objective lens window, the body fluids and the like adhere to the objective lens window, thereby interfering with observation. For this reason, water is supplied to the endoscope in order to wash and remove adhering body fluids and ensure the visibility of the objective lens window.
A location is provided. Since this water supply device is provided for the above purpose, its nozzle is attached to the objective lens window in a facing direction. Therefore, if the test area is covered with liquid or has dirt, etc. attached, it is necessary to remove the obstacles on the test site using the water supply device.
Well, I couldn't.

The piston of the water supply actuator 11 consists of an outer piston 30 and an inner piston 31. The outer piston 30 is substantially the same as that of the above-mentioned embodiment, but the through hole 23 is replaced by a hole with a larger diameter. and insert this into the inner screws 1 to 31.
It is a cylinder. The inner piston 31 has a through hole 23 formed on its axis, and is biased outward from the operating portion B by a spring 32. Further, a hole 33 is bored in the externally exposed portion of the piston 31 to communicate the outside with the through hole 23. The cylinder 34 is also substantially the same as that of the previous embodiment, but a piston 31 is attached to the bottom of the cylinder 34 (the top in FIG. 4).
A recess 35 is provided which fits into the piston 31 when the piston 31 is pushed in. According to this configuration, when the piston 31 is not pushed in, the air that has flowed into the cylinder 34 passes through the through hole 23 and flows out from the hole 33, and when the piston 31 is pushed in, the tip of the piston 31 enters the recess 35. Fit and through hole 2

flows out to. Therefore, even if you accidentally block the external opening of the through hole 23 with your finger while operating the endoscope, there is no need to worry about unnecessary suction being performed.
1, the operation can be performed more reliably than when the opening is closed with a finger.

The spring 33 is weaker than the spring 22, so if you push the piston 31 lightly, only the piston 31 will be pushed into the air supply state, and if you push it even harder, the piston 30 will be pushed in.
is also pushed in, and water is being supplied to the water supply tube 9.

The water supply operation unit 12 is different from the embodiment described above in the following points.
First, an injection opening 36 that can be connected to the tip of a syringe is provided in the main body of the operating part B, and the injection opening 36 and the cylinder 37 are communicated through an injection pipe 38, and the injection pipe is provided with a backflow to the injection opening 36. This is because a check valve 39 is provided to prevent this. The piston 40 is substantially the same as the piston 26 of the above-described embodiment, except that a circumferential groove 41 is provided to allow the water supply tube 10 and the injection tube 38 to communicate with each other when the piston 40 is not pushed in. With this configuration, it is possible to connect a syringe containing water for washing to the injection cylinder port without pushing the piston 40, and to supply water to the area to be examined by operating the syringe. This method is effective when cleaning requires particularly strong pressure or when it is desired to change the pressure slightly. When it is desired to increase the outflow speed from the water supply nozzle 7, a nozzle with a narrower inner diameter at the tip as shown in FIG. 5 may be used.

According to the water supply device according to the present invention, in addition to the water supply system of the water supply nozzle directed toward the objective lens window, there is also a water supply system of the water supply nozzle provided along the axis of the objective lens, that is, capable of ejecting water to the test area. Since a water supply operating section is provided in each system, even if the test area is covered with bleeding blood, etc., it is possible to easily wash and remove the bleeding blood. Moreover, since each water supply system is independent of each other, it is possible to switch from any other state to any water supply state with a single action of pushing the piston. It is also possible to perform the cleaning at the same time.
