田周部に埋設固定された金属リングの上部に、該ダイヤ
フラムの上田周部がプランジャの前記上部開口内周に圧
入された際該プランジャの上端面に接触するフランジを
設け、・かつ該金属リングの外周面及び／又は内周面に
ダイヤフラムのゴムムが侵入する溝部を設けてなること
