    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. オリフィスを有する空気室の上面に散気板部を設けた散
    気装置において、該散気板部の少なくとも表層を平滑薄
    板に直径が略等しい極微細な散気孔を略等間隔をおいて
    多数均斉に配設した孔あき薄板をもって形成したことを
    特徴とする散気装置。
