径方向に対しほぼ直角に挟装し、両レバーの他端部にそ
の開度を調節し得るアジャスタスクリュをそれぞれ螺締
し、アジャスタスクリュの内端面間に、カムの作用面部
が該内端面にオフセット量をもって当接し、かつカムの
作用面部に潤滑油を供給する通路を設けたカムをアジャ
スタスクリュの内端面と等間隙をもって配設したことを
