Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent carrying parts from springing out by forcing air to flow along a carrying passage in its tip direction. CONSTITUTION:The top of a carrying passage 2 is covered with a cover 8, and a stopper is provided on the tip of said passage. Air is blown against the top of the carrying passage 2 from the rear end part of the passage 2 toward the tip thereof by means of an air nozzle 10. Thus, miniature parts 1 on the carrying passage 2 driven by electromagnet vibration are allowed to slide riding on flowing air, and extremely smoothly carried. Accordingly, the vibration for carrying the miniature parts 1 may be weak as compared with a conventional one, and it is possible to eliminate any trouble such as the dropping off of the parts 1 caused by the rising and stacking thereof at the tip of the carrying passage 2.
