Abstract

PURPOSE:A spinneret providing uniform hollow yarn free from divergence of the center, preventing the deformation and wear of mandrel, by forming a supporting part in an integrated way from the inner circular faces at the bottom of polymer feed holes to the top of the mandrels in the inside of polymer extrusion holes having ring-shaped form closed partially, adjoining the inner circular faces. CONSTITUTION:In the hollow yarn spinneret 4 having a large number of the spinning holes consisting of the polymer feed holes 1 and the polymer extrusion holes 3 consisting of the polymer feed holes 1 and the polymer extrusion holes 2 having C-shaped form, ring-shaped form closed partially, adjoining them, at equal spaces, the mildly circular supporting parts 8 are formed in an integrated way from the inner circular faces at the bottom of the polymer feed holes 1 through the connecting parts 7 of the mandrels 6 to the top of the mandrels 6 in the inside of the polymer extrusion holes 2, to give the desired spinneret 4'. Since the mandrels 6 are firmly supported by the inside face of the spinning holes 3 in this hollow yarn spinneret 4', the mandrels 6 are not deformed at all even if subjected to the high temperature and high spinning pressure of molten polymer during spinning, so stable spinning is made possible.

For example, a conventional hollow fiber spinneret has a large number of equally spaced spinning holes 3 consisting of a polymer introduction hole 1 and a C-shaped interrupted annular polymer discharge hole 2, as shown in FIG. Immediately after spinning, the dissolved polymer discharged from the polymer discharge hole 2 of the hollow fiber spinneret 4 has both ends of a C-shaped cross section welded to form a circular hollow fiber 5 as shown in FIG.

By the way, in the above hollow fiber spinneret 4, the upper surface of the core bar 6 and its connection part 7 inside the polymer discharge hole 2 are flat, and the width of the connection part 7 is thin and weak. Normal hollow fibers 5 can be obtained, but if used for a long period of time, the core bar 6 will deform and sag as shown in FIG. 3 due to the high heat of the melted polymer and high spinning pressure, and the thickness will increase as shown in FIG. There is a difference in the circumferential direction. In other words, an abnormally misaligned hollow fiber 5' is obtained. As the core bar 6 continues to sag, it falls off as shown by the chain line in Figure 3.
As a result, an abnormal solid yarn 5 as shown in FIG. 4 is obtained.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the spinneret according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. In the hollow fiber spinnerets 4' arranged at regular intervals, from the lower inner circumferential surface of the polymer introduction hole 1 to the upper surface of the core bar 6 inside the polymer discharge hole 2 via the connecting portion 7 of the core bar 6. It is formed by integrally forming a support portion 8 in the shape of a gentle arc.

Although the upper surface shape of the arc-shaped support portion 8 is square, it is preferable to form a mountain or an arc shape in order to reduce the resistance of the dissolved polymer during spinning.

The hollow fiber spinneret 4 of the present invention configured as described above has a core bar 6 inside the polymer discharge hole 2 and a connecting portion 7 of the core bar 6.
An arc-shaped support part 8 connected to the lower inner periphery of the polymer introduction hole 1 is integrally provided on the upper surface, and the core bar 6 is firmly held on the inner surface of the spinning hole 3, so that the dissolved polymer is not absorbed during spinning. Even when subjected to heat and spinning pressure, the core metal 6 does not deform at all,
Long-term use 5 The clamp 6 does not sag or fall off even after use. Therefore, immediately after spinning, the melted polymer discharged from the polymer discharge hole 2 has a C-shaped cross section, and both edges are welded together, so that the inner and outer circumferences are the same as shown in Figure 2, and the wall thickness in the circumferential direction is uniform. A hollow fiber 5 is obtained.

Although the above embodiment is a case of a hollow fiber spinneret 4' for melt spinning, a hollow fiber spinneret 4'' for wet spinning may also be used as shown in FIG.

Further, in the present invention, the same effect can be obtained not only for hollow fibers but also for hollow fibers as long as the discharge hole has an annular irregular shape with a part of the discharge hole cut off as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8.

As can be seen from the above explanation, the spinneret of the present invention never deforms or falls off the core bar inside the polymer discharge hole even if used for a long period of time, so that normal hollow fibers or irregularly shaped fibers can always be obtained. It can be said to be a revolutionary product that can replace conventional spinnerets.
