Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request]

（１）　　ＩＣカードに埋設したＩＣチップより情報の
読取り若しくはＩＣチップへの情報の書込みを行なう装
置において、前記ＩＣカードの走行中に前記ＩＣチップ
の端子部を清掃するクリーナと、回動可能に装置に軸着
され且つ左右に開脚した第１突片及び第２突片を備えて
該第２突片に接触子を備えた読取ヘッドを有し、該読取
ヘッドの正逆方向回動路上には夫々ストッパを立設固定
し、前記第１突片が前記ストッパーに当接した時、前記
接触子が前記ＩＣチップの端子部に接触する様に構成し
