【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハブ１の外周面一箇所にクランプ穴５が軸方向にわたっ
て凹設され、該クランプ穴５は内奥側の左右に抜止め穴
部７．７を有する内拡がり状に形成されており、クラン
プ穴５にテープ９の端部９ａをはさんで圧入嵌合される
弾性変形可能なプラスチック製のクランプピース８を有
し、クランプピース８はこの外表面Ｋがハブ１の外周面
Ｈとほぼ同一曲率に形成された板部１０と該板部１０の
内面左右から片持ち連出された脚部１１．’ｌｌと各脚
部１１．１１の連出端において左右方向の外側方に張り
出し形成された抜止め突部１３゜１４を有する断面ハツ
ト形に形成されており、クランプ穴５にクランプピース
８を完全に圧入嵌合した状態においてクランプピース８
の抜止め突部１３．１４がクランプ穴５の抜止め穴部７
．７にそれぞれ抜止め状に係入するとともに、クランプ
穴５の内底面１５でクランプピース８の両脚部１１．１
