に示す具体的実施例に従つて説明すると次の通りである

に割れていたりしており、摩擦抵抗が大きくなる傾向を

乗り越え可能な高さにすれば、不良品排出シユート6側
迄、伸長させることによつても、転がり速度を減速させ
ることができる。又、上記において、物品選別ユニツト
の幅11に対し、長さ12を長くすればする程、物品の
選別率は良くなり、転がり速度調節板10の数を多くす
ればする程、選別率は良好となる。以上説明したように
、この発明は、被選別物品を物品投入用ホツパ一から良
品排出シユートまで、断面L字状の物品選別ユニツト上
を転動させ乍ら搬送し、当該ユニツトを搬送方向と交又
する方向に加振させて、転がり抵抗の大きい不良品のみ
を物品選別ユニツトの側方から排出するようにしたこと
を特徴とする物品の選別方法と、物品投入用ホツパ一と
、物品の搬送方向に向つて下方に傾斜し、且つその搬送
方向と直交する方向に傾斜して設けられる断面L字状の
物品選別ユニツトと、該物品選別ユニツトに搬送方向と
交又する方向で、且つ斜め上方に向つて直進振動を与え
る振動体と、物品の良品、不良品を排出する良品排出シ
ユート及び不良品排出シユートとを主たる構成とし、物
品投入用ホツパ一より良品排出シユートへの搬送中に物
品選別ユニツト上の物品のうち転がり抵抗の大きい不良
品のみを直進振動によつて搬送方向の側方で、且つ斜め
上方に選別排除するようになしたことを特徴とする物品
の選別装置に係り、極めて容易且つ確実に球状の物品の
変形を選別できるので、人手による作業を大幅に減じ、
省力化できると共に、作業能率の大幅な向上が期待でき
る。
