高周波発振器１と加熱室２とを連結する導波管３と、導
波管３と加熱室２を結合する結合孔４ど結合孔４の中心
に回転自在に設けられた中心導体棒５ａと、中心導体棒
５ａの加熱室端に中心を固着した金属円板６と、金属円
板６に高周波エネルギーの放射口となる１７２波長以上
の長さを有するスリット７と、加熱室天井８側の金属製
周壁９を設けかつ、この周壁９の加熱室側端にほぼ１ハ
波長幅の金属製の鍔１３を加熱室天井壁８にほぼ平行に
