できるが記録時は機械精度にたよっている。この記録位
置ずれの主な原因は、記録部の送り精度と記録媒体の装
着時にともなう偏心である。記録部の送りにはボールネ
ジや金型イ・ジ等を利用した手段によりサブミクロンオ
ーダの精度を保っている。これに比べて、再装着に伴う
偏心は大きく、100μm程度である。このため、再装
着の追加記録時一般には追加記録時はつねには、少なく
とも〔100μm +)ラックピッチ〕の間隔をあけて
記録を開始して信号列交差の事故を防止していた。この
ことは、記録情報量の低減を招くし、また再生時には、

において開閉カバー13を閉じるとげね17の作用によ
って加圧板12が記録媒体1をターンテーブル4上に圧
接保持する。なお記録媒体1が回転すれば軸受15によ
って加圧板12が回転する。このようにすれば、記録媒
体1をターンテーブル4上に載置した後開閉カバー13
を閉じるだけで装着を終了することができる。
