Conventional artificial flowers, especially the decorative flowers that women wear on their chests and shoulders when wearing formal dresses at parties, weddings, etc., i.e., artificial flower corsages, are mostly made of cloth and synthetic resin. Nothing had been built. This means that the corsage has a total size of 203cm including the length to the grave.
Despite the demand for artificial flowers that are larger than those mentioned above and the size of the flowers themselves, which are around 10 large flowers compared to brooches, etc., the specific gravity of synthetic resins is generally 1.
This is because the product was heavy, weighing between 0.4 and 1.6 mm, and therefore the finished product was also quite heavy, making it difficult to attach it to a vacuum cleaner.

Of course, if the thickness of the petals, etc. is made as thin as possible and made into a film-like product, a product that is almost as light as a cloth product can be provided and the problem of weight in the front can be solved. In addition to being weak against external pressure such as impact and having problems with durability, they also had the disadvantage of becoming brittle and susceptible to bursting due to UV rays outdoors, and not being white when used as accessories.

Therefore, as a method to address these drawbacks, a technique has been released in which a part or all of an artificial flower made by cutting synthetic resin film into petal shapes is partially coated with unsaturated polyester/I' resin. Although it has been
No. 828), 0 Since the synthetic resin film that forms the petals is not given any tension, it is difficult to apply unsaturated polyester μ resin without destroying its shape;
The work efficiency is poor and it is not practical. Moreover, even if fine glass particles are applied to the surface of the petals to enhance the decorativeness of artificial flowers, for the same reason as mentioned above, it is not easy to fix them, resulting in problems in terms of decorativeness.

When the 9-unsaturated polyester/l' resin is applied to O flower petals and cured, the petals become extremely rigid, making it impossible to adjust their shape after curing, resulting in difficulty in shaping.

Therefore, the present invention was devised in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks. The purpose of the present invention is to create a large, lightweight and strong product, which is also good for decoration, formability, and workability. To provide a method for manufacturing artificial flowers using excellent synthetic resin.

Hereinafter, an embodiment in which the present invention is embodied in a single artificial flower corsage will be described based on the drawings. First, a contour member 1 imitating the shape of a flower petal is made of metal such as thin wire, circular thread for giving elasticity, paper, etc. Form.

Next, acrylic resin, polystyrene resin, vinyl acetate/L' resin, or acrylic/I resin, which has been dissolved to a liquid state in an organic solvent such as aromatic carbonized water scale and optionally colored, is then added.
Prepare a synthetic resin solution 2, such as resin and polystyrofi/resin (1) or mixed resin with vinyl acetate resin, and immerse the front distribution wall member 1 in the same resin solution 2 (see Figure 1). . Thereafter, the contour member 1 is leveled and taken out gently and quickly, thereby forming a thin synthetic resin film 8 within the contour.

When the film membrane 8 is formed only of polystylo-μ resin or vinyl acetate/l' resin, when the film membrane 8 is sufficiently dried, a colorless and transparent acrylic/I/I resin is applied to the back side. A resin film is formed by spraying resin 4 (see FIG. 2). This will be explained in detail later in t1, but in the later process, the synthetic resin liquid 5 applied to the back side is directly fused with the polystyrene-A/resin, resin, or vinyl acetate resin that forms the film membrane 8. This is to prevent the film 8 from dissolving. Therefore, this step can be omitted if the film 8 is made of acrylic resin or a mixed resin of acrylic resin, polystyrene resin, or vinyl acetate resin.

Next, the acrylic resin 4 was sprayed on the back side of the film membrane 8.
Once it has dried, acrylic resin 4 is sprayed all over the surface, and while the resin 4 is still wet, fine glass particles 6 are sprinkled on it to enhance the decorativeness (see Figure 3). Thereafter, the acrylic resin 4 is again sprayed thinly over the entire surface to fix the glass particles 6 on the surface of the film 8.

When the glass particles 6 are fixed, a synthetic resin liquid 6 that can be cured at room temperature is prepared by mixing an unsaturated polystyrene resin or epoxy resin, which remains flexible even after curing, with a room temperature curing agent at a ratio of, for example, 3 to 5%. Then apply the same resin liquid 6 to the brush tip 7, for example.
Then, a thin and uniform coating is applied to the back surface of the film 8 (see FIG. 4). At this time, if the film film 8 is a colored film, a pale black colored resin liquid 6 is applied to add depth to the color of the film film 8; In this case, a resin liquid 5 colored red, yellow, blue, etc. is applied.

When the resin liquid 6 applied in this way is cured, the film membrane 8 will be strengthened, and a light and strong petal 8 will be created that is resistant to the external pressure of RFJ bombing and outdoor ultraviolet rays. The decorativeness is further enhanced by coating the glass grains 6 on the surface of the film 8 or the outer periphery of the contour member 1 with gold, silver, etc. paint.

Next, the petals 8t-1 formed as described above are bent and stretched with the fingertips to shape them into a three-dimensional shape, and then the flower core 9 consisting of separately prepared stamens, pistils, etc.
For example, one flower 10 is formed by arranging three petals 8 on the inside and five petals 8 on the outside so that the petals 8 are located in the center (see FIG. 5).

At this time, a strong liquid adhesive is applied to the lower ends of each of the petals 8 and the flower core 9 to fix them to each other, and taping 11 is applied thereon to tighten them vertically (see Fig. 5 (0)). Then, when the petals 8 and the flower core 9 are well fixed to each other, the base end of the flower core 9 is trimmed by cutting the stem 2 to make it as short as possible.

On the other hand, a fastener 12 for attaching the flower 10 to the dress and a fixing auxiliary member 18 for easily and substantially fixing the fastener 12 to the bottom of the flower 10 are prepared. The stopper 12 has a disc shape with a stopper 14 fixed to its upper end, and has a concave bulge in its approximate center that is large enough to allow the base end of the flower core 9 of the flower 10 to be inserted therein. 16 are formed. The fixing auxiliary member 18 is made by cutting a thin material made of thin cloth, leather, paper, etc. into a circular shape, and is formed to have a slightly larger diameter than the stopper 12. A hole 16 through which the base end of the flower core 9 can be inserted is provided approximately at the center.

Thus, first, adhesive is applied to the entire front and back surfaces of the fixing auxiliary member 18, and the auxiliary member 18 is brought into close contact with the inner surface of the stopper 12. At this time, care must be taken so that the hole 16 of the auxiliary member 18 and the recessed hole bulge portion 15 of the stopper 12 communicate with each other. Then, a sufficient amount of adhesive is applied and allowed to flow inside the four-hole bulging portion 15.

The present invention is constructed as described above, and since a film film is formed on a contour member that imitates the shape of a petal, there is no fear that the petal will lose its shape during the modeling process, and its workability is good. Furthermore, by using the contour member, tension is generated in the membrane, making it easier to decorate the surface with letters. Furthermore, since the film is coated with a synthetic resin such as unsaturated polyester that remains flexible even after curing, it is not only strong even if it is thin, but also can be shaped into a shape or three-dimensionally shaped even after the resin has hardened. It also has excellent formability, such as being able to be made of synthetic resin, and can be manufactured in a wider range than ever before for synthetic resin products. In addition, various excellent effects such as being able to easily and vertically attach a fastener to the dress at the bottom of the back of the flower are produced.

The present invention is not limited to corsages, but can also be applied to methods of manufacturing artificial flowers of various sizes.
