Abstract

PURPOSE:To give priority to the speech of a promoter to facilitate the proceeding of conference by providing a level detector in the conference promoter side and reducing amplification factors of amplifiers of the other attendants when the promoter speaks. CONSTITUTION:A level detector 9 which measures the output level of an amplifier 6a and controls amplification factors of amplification factor variable amplifiers 8b-8z of the other attendants in accordance with this output level is provided for a two wire-four wire converter 5a' for the conference promoter. When the other attendants speak, their voices are applied to an adding circuit 7 through amplifiers 8b-8z through 2 wire-4 wire converters 5b-5z.
