One method is to introduce carbonyl groups by oxidizing the surface of polyolefin, and methods include acid treatment, flame treatment, and corona discharge treatment. Furthermore, many proposals have been made regarding methods of modifying polyolefins by directly bonding polar groups into polyolefin molecules through a graft reaction with compounds having polar groups. In particular, methods for producing polyolefins modified with maleic acid or maleic anhydride are well known, and it is well known that such compositions exhibit adhesion to polar materials. In addition, as a method for improving the adhesion of maleic acid-modified polyolefins, a method of extracting unreacted monomers (Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 54-991
93), a method of removing unreacted monomers by heating (JP-A-57-94033, JP-A-57-94034),
Methods of adding inorganic compounds (Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-2631, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 48-103689) have been proposed, but neither method can be said to have a sufficient effect of improving adhesion.

Propylene-ethylene block copolymer used in the present invention: According to Japanese Patent Publication No. 50-2 ['i31], any crystalline polyolefin may be It is explained as if it could be used for the invention. However, the polyolefin used in the examples was polypropylene (Example 1.

When the peel strength is less than 5% ff'c, the 180' peel strength of the final composition is significantly inferior to the product of the present invention. On the other hand, if the content exceeds 20% by weight,
This is preferable because gelation of the composition due to crosslinking of the ethylene moiety in the copolymer occurs during the reaction between the copolymer and the aliphatic unsaturated carboxylic acid, making it difficult to mold it well as a thermoplastic resin. Not good.

Examples of the anhydrides include maleic anhydride, itaconic anhydride, and citraconic anhydride. Among them, maleic anhydride is easy to use and provides favorable results. The amount of these used is 0.1% to 5% by weight, preferably 0.1% to 1%, based on the above-mentioned PE block copolymer according to the present invention. If the amount used is less than 0.1%, the reaction between the P-E block copolymer and the aforementioned unsaturated aliphatic carboxylic acid, that is, the graft polymerization reaction, will be insufficient, and if it exceeds 0.5%, the P-E block Thermal decomposition of the copolymer causes an abnormal increase in the melt flow rate (MF) of the copolymer, making it impossible to maintain the basically necessary physical properties of the polymer.
