[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention provides a special method for making a hollow copper plate pendant, and after the pendant is made, the joints are tightly bonded and the inside is completely hollow without any holes. During the electrolytic plating process, the electrolyte solution is never allowed to enter the inside of the pendant, so even after plating is complete, there is no risk of the electrolyte solution oozing out from inside and corroding the raw surface of the pendant. It is something that can maintain its aesthetic purpose for a long time.

Traditionally, pendants were often made from solid copper castings. Figure 1 shows this. However, cast metal has many air holes, and during electroplating, the electrolyte solution is absorbed into the holes, and after the plating is completed, it gradually oozes out, rotting the surface of the pendant and causing it to lose its beauty. Moreover, solid ones give the wearer a somewhat heavy feeling and are therefore not very welcome. Recently, according to the tastes of consumers, manufacturers in Hong Kong, Japan, and Taiwan are selling hollow pendants made by replacing cast steel with copper plates and welding twelve halves together. However, with this type of welding, it is very difficult to completely eliminate small holes when welding the seams. For this purpose - each small hole 1° above and below the pendant.
If the electrolyte solution that has entered the hollow interior is forcibly discharged during electroplating, the surface of the pendant will remain free of electrolyte solution even after plating is completed. Therefore, there is no risk of corrosion. However, it is easy to be disliked by these two small holes, which do not detract from the beauty.

First, a copper plate having a thickness of 0.4 to 0.6 mm is pressed, cut, and molded using a press to make a half piece 1 of the bone-shaped pendant shown in FIG. 4, and this half piece is provided with a hanging IJ 11a. Next, as shown in Figure 5, the two halves 1 are placed facing each other in the shape of a pendant, and after tightening them firmly with the metal fittings 2, they are tightened for -6 minutes.
When the special silver alloy welding rod 4 is melted along the seam A with the Sushi alloy welding iron 3 held by one hand or a robot while rotating at a slow speed of ~7 rotations, the melted silver alloy will melt at the seam. It flows over A and fills the space between -F.

After hardening, there will be no holes (the inside will be hollow). In this case, the above special silver alloy welding rod 4 is made of a pure alloy of silver and copper with a composition created by the inventor, and is Since no auxiliary agents are required, no toxic gas is generated during work and occupational diseases can be reduced. The content ratio of silver and copper in this welding rod is 160 to 80 inches of silver and 20 to 40 inches of copper.Next, 6th

This polishing machine 5 uses a circular grindstone that rotates at a constant speed, is fixed at a fixed location, and polishes the pendant by moving it. Then, as shown in Figure 1, after polishing, the surface is polished using a polisher 6. This polishing machine 6 may use a cloth disk to which a polishing agent has been added, and once this polishing operation is completed, the surface treatment of the pendant 7 is completed. As a final step, as shown in Figure 8, the pendant 7 is placed in an electroplating bath 8.
It is then immersed in gold and plated with gold or silver. l
EG diagram shows the completed pendant after plating is completed.
